My Sanitiser smells very strong of alcohol, is this normal?
Yes, its completely normal to smell the alcohol as you initially apply! We advise you to wait 30 seconds while the alcohol evaporates before smelling, leaving your hands soft, dry and fabulously scented, without any stickiness! You're Welcome.

Can I use my new sanitiser for work?
Yes you absolutely can! Our sanitiser is BSEN 1276 & 1500 certified, meaning its cleared for use in most settings including schools, hospitals, shops, gyms & offices. Take it from us, its pretty handy at 38'000ft too

Is it possible to order a custom design for my upcoming event?
Yes. If there's one thing we love more than our products, its seeing how people use them! We are happy to create and design bespoke designs for your wedding, birthday, gender reveals, or any event you have (did somebody say pizza night?)

Can I get a refund?
We're very sorry to hear that things havant worked out how we planned. If it's us, not you and the item is damaged or faulty, then please do get in contact via hello@bestofscents.com and we will arrange a refund for you. If it's you, not us, then we would require all items returned to us in a unused condition, and we would arrange a refund minus any postage & fees upon return and inspection of the items.

How can you help me live more sustainably?
There are many ways to consciously re-use our products. Refilling your HandyBac bottles from a deskbac, this reduces not just plastic use, but the carbon involved with shipping. Our super stylish foaming glass bottles, can be refilled time and time again with our 100% recycled refill bottles. This is just the beginning and we can't wait to see how you reuse yours!

Im excited to learn of the new fine fragrance mist... is there more to come?
We love that you are joining our body care revolution early, and yes the fine fragrance mist is just the beginning. If you haven't tried our hand lotion yet, enriched with vitamin e and that all important aloe vera, its one not to be missed.
